Mannatech was founded in November 1993 which is 26 years ago by Samuel Caster. This company is similar to other multi-level marketing companies like Amway and Forever Living which I already did a review you may want to check it out as well. They are well-known for their world-class quality products for healthcare but they also have products for weight loss. Based on what I researched about Mannatech products, it is proven to be effective for some people who already bought and tried it.
In the past 26 years, Mannatech has already grown and well-established. They have their first office in Coppell, Texas and now they are operating to more than 30 countries around the globe that has more than 300 thousand employees as well. And since Mannatech is an MLM company, expect that they have a huge number of sales associates which is around 290 thousand associates as of doing this review.
How Does Mannatech Work?
Just like the usual MLM company, the main ways to earn from Mannatech is through retail selling and recruiting people to join the company. But based on what I researched, they are more focused on recruiting. That can be the reason why at this point their sales associates are at 290 thousand plus and counting.
The first thing that you need to do is to sign up as a new member, and they have an annual membership fee of $49.99 which does not come with any Mannatech products. Unlike the other MLM companies that they are including some of their products with the membership for them to start.
You need to purchase a separate package to get their products, for their Basic Package it will cost you around $99 to $169, next is All-Star Package for $499 and Premium All-Star Package for $999. I find it expensive for their packages and it would be not easy for some of us to have an initial investment of $150 for both membership and the package.
Once you are a licensed sales associate of Mannatech, you can now start purchasing the products and sell them for the suggested retail price. Then if you think that you are having a hassle when it comes to selling and promoting the products, you may try to recruit people to join Mannatech.
You can start with your friends and relatives then eventually you will know the strategy and you can encourage more people to join the company.
But for me, joining MLM is not a stable income. This will always require you to have a specific skill in order for you to start earning a big amount. There are a lot of alternative ways that you can check so you can earn money online in a legit and effective way.
How Much Can You Make With Mannatech?
This is the big question of the people before joining any MLM company or even in the usual company because this is the reason why you want to work for them, it is all about the compensation they can give to you. I already mentioned the 2 ways on how you can make money with them but in this part is I will let you know other ways just like their incentives and bonuses.
Mannatech offers a lot of incentive programs which will give you a reasonable amount of bonus. However, the process will be the same just like the usual MLM company, it will be based on your rank as a member. They have this leadership ranking that if you reach each requirement for it is you have the chance to get a higher commission.
Based on my research, they have around 16 ways or incentive programs that you can do for you to earn money, I will not list them one by one but you can visit their website to have more information about their compensation plan.
So basically, most of their members are earning through recruiting people and having goals each month to get the incentives or higher commissions. And the amount is depending on how hardworking you are, if you are determined to recruit more people then you will earn more.
What I Don’t Like About Mannatech.
There are some reasons that you should be aware of before joining any MLM company or any kind of company. In this way, you can avoid being into a business that will bring you nothing. And there are some factors that I know you deserve to know about Mannatech, here it is.
Recruiting people.
This is normal in an MLM company, but to think that you need to recruit more just to earn is kind of a bit hassle to some. What if you are not well-trained in doing recruitment and you don’t have the idea of how you will convince someone to join the company, so you will just earn a small amount of money this is the biggest problem of some distributors. Like what I mentioned earlier, there are a lot of alternative ways to earn more online.
Too expensive membership fee.
I know that it is $49.95 for the membership fee but it is still a big amount of money to some of us. Knowing the fact that you will not get any free products from it and you need to purchase a separate package to the Mannatech products. So basically, the lowest initial investment you need to have is $150 to start your business with them. And to be honest, the chances of you being successful in their business are low. Will you take the risk of spending your hard-earned money with something that has no guarantee?
It requires you to be an expert in sales.
Since they are an MLM company, you will be required to promote and encourage people to buy their product because that is how you will be able to earn and get commissions as well. But what if you are not a salesperson? There is a big chance that you will have a hard time to earn money from Mannatech if that’s the case.
What I Like About Mannatech.
But there are also things that you can look forward to them which I also like about them. Flaws are normal with a company and there are things that they should also be proud of.
Well-established company.
They have been in the business for more 26 years now and that is living proof of how strong their foundation is. There might be some issues that they have, but I believe they resolved it. If they something fishy going through their business they will not last for more than 5 years and see they are operating for more than 5 years now.
Proven effective products.
There is some feedback about their products are effective but I am not saying that this applies to each and every one of you. The effect of Mannatech products will depend on your body type and how your body will adopt the supplement. But it is good to know that Mannatech was able to produce a world-class quality of supplements and vitamins.

To wrap up this “Mannatech review”, I will now let you know my final verdict. After going through every detail about, I can say that they are not a scam. They have proven themselves in the business, they are well-established and in the business for 26 years now.
But there are things that might not be effective to others and for now, I cannot really recommend this to anyone. MLM company is something that you should be prepared before joining because it will require you have a lot of skills in order to succeed.
